Alltel Sells Off 4 Minnesota Markets

Alltel recently announced that they were selling off 4 markets in order to meet divestiture requirements established by the U.S. Department of Justice. They are selling 4 Minnesota markets to Rural Cellular Corp.

Rural Cellular Corp says they plan on using cash on hand to make the purchase, and financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
