Earthlink And Plumchoice Team Up To Fight Spyware

Posted by admin, Fri, 08 Dec 06 15:07:29 -0500

It's certainly a sign of the times we live when Spyware is now priority number one. More and more computers are affected with virus and spyware, and need help getting rid of it. Earthlink and Plumchoice have teamed up to offer Earthlink customers 24&7 support.

"Cyber Check was launched to help consumers solve their spyware and virus problems over the phone in the comfort of their home," Craig Forman, executive vice president of Atlanta-based EarthLink, said in a company release.

Cyber Check will allow the technician to debug and repair the computer from a remote location, allowing the customer to do something else. Cyber Check is available for a one-time free of $99, and you DO NOT need to have Earthlink as your ISP.
