A: Subscribers must log into the My Account area to cancel services with Highstream. Cancellations aren't processed through E-Mail or over the phone. Your account will be considered cancelled and a confirmation number will be sent to you. Your account won't be considered cancelled unless you have this number. Please refer to Highstream's TOS for their refund policy.
