A: Earthlink DOES NOT service cancellations through Email or other correspondence.
- Subscribers of Earthlink Dial-up must call Customer Service at 1-800-890-6356 to cancel.
- Customers that have webhosted or business accounts must call 1-800-237-0148.
- DSL subscribers must call 1-888-829-8466.
