Fairpoint Offering $540 Million in Bonds

Fairpoint recently announced that they are going to offer $540 million in Senior notes.
Fairpoint is in the process of buying landline operations in three states, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire. The addition of this business will Fairpoint the eighth largest telephone company.
The company offers voice, data, long-distance and broadband internet services.
