Today Alltel announced that that they have added EVDO networking that will allow residents of Manhattan, Salina, Emporia, Independence, Hutchinson, Great Bend, Hays, Dodge City and Liberal, Kansas to use Alltel's Axcess Wireless Broadband internet services.
