Recentlt Alltel announced that they've added EV-DO wireless networking in Waco, Killeen and Temple, Texas. The addition of EV-Do technology enables subscribers to access Email, browse the mobile web, and download other content on to their cell phones, laptops or other internet enabled had held devices.
